Responsibilities
- Support sales: respond to customer requests for application assistance, assure product selection, and provide other customer required information as needed.
- Support RSMs in a Sales Engineering role.
- Learn and become proficient and be able to present SumiMap software to potential customers and support customers in loading software.
- Provide product operation and training to support customers.
- Create and maintain Recommended Procedures documentation, including training videos, for new and existing products.
- Train installers on proper procedures and techniques.
Qualifications
- Proficient in all Microsoft products including Word, Excel & PowerPoint, drawing packages (AutoCAD, Visio, and/or Revit).
- Able to present to large groups at industry trade shows and to C level personnel and key decision makers at strategic accounts.
- Able to work as a Team member.
- Able to work independently.
- Able and skilled to write and present white papers, case studies.
- Able to demonstrate products at trade shows and customer locations.
Skills
- Ability to resolve technical problems by performing tests, collecting data, and reporting.
- Ability to analyze competing products in the marketplace.
