Responsibilities

• Generate technical proposals for pilot systems, service work, new equipment, and system upgrades;
• Generate quotations in IFS for parts and system components by studying existing documentation and historical records;
• Absorb content for presentations to customers and at trade shows;
• Collaborate with H2O Innovation Engineering to establish solutions for complex situations supporting aftermarket equipment;
• Absorb the aftermarket service team with remote troubleshooting of electrical and mechanical issues;
• Analyze data and support Regional Account Managers in customer discussions;
• Provide some field work to support the Aftermarket team as necessary (
• Bring new ideas and practices to improve current H2O Innovation processes;
• Carry out any other related duties.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in the field;
• Bachelor’s engineering degree in a technical field;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office;
• Manage multiple tasks effectively;
• Communicate clearly & effectively;
• Strong problem-solving skills;
• Experience in water treatment is a plus.
