About the Division

The Broadband Plasma Division (BBP) provides market-leading patterned wafer optical inspection systems for leading-edge IC manufacturing. Logic, foundry, and memory customers depend on BBP products to detect yield-critical defects for process debug and excursion monitoring at advanced process nodes. Flagship products include the 29xx and 39xx series, which leverage Broadband Plasma technology for high sensitivity and speed.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement product applications for existing and pre-release products to maximize customer value.
  • Support new product introduction projects, including characterization, alpha testing, beta testing, and pilot tools in the ramp phase.
  • Potentially support system development at customer sites.
  • Perform product diagnosis, problem resolution, and interface with software and systems engineering to verify hardware and software issues.
  • Conduct customer product demonstrations and technical training, including on-site training for Field Applications Engineers and end users.
  • Document test results, lessons learned, and best-known methods (BKMs) in training documents, demo reports, and alpha/beta test reports.
  • Transfer product knowledge to Field Applications teams.
  • Generate demo and test reports for internal and customer review.

Requirements

  • Master’s or bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, Material Science, or related fields.
  • Excellent oral and written communication, organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong team player with the ability to work well with limited supervision.
  • High energy, self-driven, and motivated to work in a fast-paced, high-stress semiconductor environment.
  • Willingness to travel up to 70% of the time.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications: Master’s degree with 0 years of related work experience or a Bachelor’s degree with 0-2 years of related work experience.

Pay

Base pay range: $97,800.00 - $166,300.00 annually.
