About the role

This is a unique opportunity to join a forward-thinking technology team building and deploying real-world AI solutions inside a secure, isolated, proprietary AI environment supporting mission-critical internal operations.

Responsibilities

  • Design and build AI-powered applications supporting enterprise operational initiatives
  • Develop, train, optimize, and deploy machine learning models
  • Integrate AI solutions into existing internally developed applications and enterprise systems
  • Build and experiment with Large Language Models (LLMs) for automation, analytics, and operational workflows
  • Develop RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines and vector database integrations
  • Build intelligent internal search, automation, and decision-support tools
  • Work with structured and unstructured enterprise data from APIs, databases, logs, documents, and internal systems
  • Prototype emerging AI technologies and evaluate practical enterprise deployment opportunities
  • Collaborate with technical teams and internal stakeholders to identify new AI use cases and innovation opportunities
  • Continuously test and implement new technologies driving enterprise AI transformation

Requirements

  • Minimum 1+ years of practical hands-on Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning experience within a professional business, enterprise, or organizational environment
  • Strong application development or software engineering background building enterprise systems and integrations
  • Experience with any combination of the following technologies:
    • AI / Machine Learning Technologies: Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn, Keras, ML.NET
    • LLM / AI Engineering Technologies: LangChain, Ollama, Open-source LLM frameworks, Vector Databases, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI Agent Frameworks
    • Development Technologies: C#, .NET, REST APIs, SQL / Database Development, Full Stack Development, Enterprise Application Development, System Integrations
