Applications and Integrations Lead
About the role
We are seeking a senior, highly technical Applications & Integrations Lead to oversee the architecture, governance, strategic roadmap, and support of our GTM, CX, and platform technology ecosystem. Reporting directly to the Director of Applications & Integrations, you will lead the newly formed Applications & Integrations team, ensuring stability, security, compliance, and audit-readiness of our systems.
Responsibilities
- Governance & Administration - Establish and execute the governance framework and Application Lifecycle for the Salesforce ecosystem and GTM/CX applications, maintaining compliance with SOX and ITGC standards and optimal operational health.
- Integration Architecture & Delivery - Own the project lifecycle for all net-new integrations, designing, developing, and deploying system integrations using consistent, scalable patterns.
- Data Integrity, Modeling & Sign-off - Serve as a key stakeholder for sign-off on proposed data models and data flows, ensuring alignment with DAGE, Salesforce Architecture and Delivery.
- Automation & Middleware Ownership - Own administration of the Tray.io iPaaS platform and lead delivery of scalable automations across the ecosystem.
- Stakeholder Partnership - Proactively lead stakeholder engagement by translating requirements from GTM, CX, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and other teams into strategic, scalable, and well-documented solutions.
- Documentation & Change Management - Maintain documentation for system architecture, processes, and procedures, and lead change management for integrations and applications.
- Day-to-Day Application Support - Collaborate with the team's Support Specialists to provide hands-on escalation management across the Salesforce environment and related GTM/CX applications, ensuring prompt triage and resolution of user issues, system configuration adjustments, and break/fix requirements.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of application administration within mid-to-large scale environments (supporting over 500 users), focusing on the oversight of interconnected tool networks.
- Deep knowledge of connecting various platforms with Salesforce through common integration methods like Connected Apps, OAuth, and REST/SOAP APIs.
- Strong background in implementing change management, data governance frameworks, and ensuring compliance with audit expectations and SOX/ITGC guidelines.
- Practical experience configuring and using integration middleware such as Workato, Mulesoft, or Tray.io.
- Skilled at guiding complex technical projects with multi-directional, cross-functional dependencies and fluid priorities.
- Familiarity managing SaaS tools including Gong, Outreach, Marketo, Clari, etc.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a strong capacity to clearly convey technical intricacies to non-technical business partners.
Qualifications
- Team Buildout - Experience in establishing new business functions, operating procedures, or architectural infrastructure from the ground up without relying on existing processes or documentation.
- Strategic & Tactical Balance - Proven capability to balance long-term enterprise engineering and platform governance alongside daily support requests.
- Possession of relevant credentials such as Salesforce Platform App Builder, Advanced Administrator, or Salesforce Architect certifications is highly valued.
Benefits
The pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $105,000 and $164,000/year with an expected On Target Earnings (OTE) between $121,000 and $189,000/year (including bonus or commission).
