Applications and Data Manager

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of core business applications, ensuring they are effectively supported, maintained, and continuously improved
• Manage application support, resolve issues, and liaise with external suppliers where required
• Support and enhance reporting, analytics, and AI-enabled solutions to deliver business insight
• Identify and deliver system and process improvements that increase efficiency and support business objectives
• Work closely with stakeholders across the business to deliver system changes, enhancements, and new solutions

Requirements

• Be able to take ownership of issues and drive them through to resolution
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Understand how business systems, data, and integrations support operational processes
• Be comfortable working with AI-enabled technologies and emerging digital solutions
• Manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Maintain a proactive, flexible, and collaborative approach to work

Qualifications

• Experience supporting and managing business-critical applications
• Experience working with data, reporting, system integrations, and business intelligence solutions
• A proven ability to identify and deliver system or process improvements
• Strong stakeholder management skills and experience working across multiple business functions
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organisational skills
• Experience with ERP, event management, or finance systems, and tools such as SQL, Power BI, or similar
