We have an exciting opportunity for an Applications Analyst located in Fond du Lac, WI.

Responsibilities

• Partner with internal teams and external vendors to maintain and enhance the construction management and service ERP system.
• Help plan, develop, test, and implement system improvements and upgrades.
• Provide second-level support to troubleshoot issues.
• Look for ways to improve overall user experience.
• Write queries and create SSRS reports.
• Manage process automations using RPAs and other technology.
• Perform script writing.
• Develop documentation that supports business needs and enables users to work more efficiently.
• Gain deep understanding of business operations and processes to guide and empower users.

Requirements

A degree in Information Technology or a related field and 1–2+ years of ERP support experience are preferred.

• Strong SQL skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical users.
• Organized, analytical, problem‑solver who enjoys collaborating with others.
