Responsibilities

• Prepare individual tax returns using QuickBooks and CCH ProSystems
• Assist with year-end reconciliations
• Communicate with clients regarding missing information and clarifying notes in tax workbooks
• Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient and accurate tax preparation
• Work closely with clients to understand their financial needs and provide personalized tax advice

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• 2-3 years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or tax preparation
• Knowledge of tax code
• Proficient in QuickBooks and Excel
• Attention to detail and strong follow-up skills
• Solid communication skills to interact with clients
