Collection and use of personal data
- Purposes and lawfulness of processing: Munters processes your Personal Data to administer and manage the application process. Your Personal Data is processed based on Munters' legitimate interests to assess your suitability for the position and verify your information.
- Types of personal data collected and processed: Contact information, position applied for and how you heard about the position, information about current employment, education, job experience, formal qualifications and certifications, qualifications, references, information from assessments.
- Additional processing for background checks: Copy of your criminal record, financial information, other information provided by you.
- Record keeping and communication of career opportunities: Munters will consider you for other potential positions within the Munters Group and keep you informed of potential career opportunities.
- Use of AI in recruitment: Munters uses AI-tools to support parts of the recruitment process, such as screening applications and matching candidate profiles to job requirements. AI-tools do not make final hiring decisions.
Transfer of personal data to third parties
- Third parties: Relevant entities within the Munters Group, IT suppliers and subcontractors, legal advisors.
Transfers of personal data to third countries
The recipients of Personal Data specified in Section 3.1 may be located in countries outside the EU/EEA. Munters ensures that the transfers are subject to appropriate safeguards or otherwise permissible according to the GDPR.
Your rights
- Request information about and a copy of your Personal Data.
- Get incorrect Personal Data corrected or supplemented.
- Object to the processing of your Personal Data if the processing is based on our legitimate interest, unless Munters can demonstrate compelling legitimate reasons for the processing that outweighs your interests.
- Restriction of the processing of your Personal Data provided that Munters does not have a legal right to continue the processing.
- Delete the Personal Data if it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, if you have withdrawn the consent on which the processing is based, if you object to the processing and there are no legitimate reasons for the processing to continue, if the Personal Data has been processed unlawfully, or if the Personal Data must be deleted in order to fulfil a legal obligation.
- Obtain the Personal Data you have provided to Munters in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and transfer this data to another controller if the processing is based on consent or on a contract.

Contact information
The controller for your Personal Data is the Munters entity specified in the job advertisement. Munters will inform you if the Personal Data is transferred to another Munters group entity. If you have any questions about who the controller is of your Personal Data, please contact dataprotection@munters.com.
Revocation of consent
You may at any time revoke any or all of the above consents that you have given Munters pertaining to the processing of your Personal Data. You may revoke your consent by contacting Munters at TalentAcquisition@groups.munters.com. Munters will cease to process your Personal Data relating to the purposes for which your consent has been revoked.
