Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 application support for mission-critical applications.
- Support incident management, problem management, and change implementation activities.
- Monitor application health, availability, and performance.
- Coordinate deployment support activities with development and cloud engineering teams.
- Document root causes, operational procedures, and support processes.
Requirements
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD Public Trust; candidates must obtain approved adjudication prior to onboarding. Active Public Trust or suitability preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
- US citizenship is contractually required.
- Minimum of five years of overall work experience.
- Experience with application support or production operations.
- Experience supporting enterprise applications in cloud environments.
- Knowledge of incident management and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Experience with monitoring and ticket management systems.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- ITIL Foundation Certification.
- Experience supporting AWS-hosted applications.
- Experience with ServiceNow.
- Basic scripting and automation experience.
- Familiarity with DevSecOps and CI/CD pipelines.
Pay
Annual salary range: $70,000 – $116,000. Compensation decisions depend on skill sets, experience, training, security clearances, licensure, certifications, and business needs.
