Application Support Engineer

About the role

You will be a member of the application support team, resolving issues for users of software systems. The role involves supporting both an MES (Manufacturing Execution System) Apriso and an ERP (financial system) Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.

Responsibilities

• Resolve daily assigned issues as the primary job duty.
• Track issues for the Site in both the helpdesk issue system and the software development environment to ensure follow-up and closure.
• Serve as a liaison between users on the factory floor and office workers, demonstrating effective communication skills.
• Collaborate as a member of the D365 / Apriso IT Solution Support team and the IT Development teams to drive problem resolution.

Requirements

• Experience as a member of an application support team.
• Experience with either MES (Manufacturing Execution System) Apriso or ERP Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (training will be provided for both and their interfaces).
