Application Support Engineer

Application Support Engineer | Finance | Boston, MA | Up to $125k TC This opportunity sits within a highly visible Application Support team responsible for maintaining and enhancing a suite of business-critical enterprise applications. The role is centered around Salesforce support, while also providing exposure to platforms such as Workday, Tableau, Investran, and other core business systems. The ideal candidate will serve as a key liaison between technology and the business, working closely with end users, developers, infrastructure teams, and third-party vendors to troubleshoot issues, manage production support activities, and drive continuous improvements across the application landscape. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring application health and integrations, resolving incidents and user issues, supporting platform administration and access management, coordinating releases and upgrades, and identifying opportunities for greater automation and operational efficiency.
