Application Support Analyst at Shoreline Destinations Location: Remote - United States Job Type: Full Time Salary: $95,000-$105,000 per year About The Role The Application Support Analyst will support users and business applications by troubleshooting reported issues, documenting findings, maintaining case records, and escalating technical problems with useful evidence. Key Responsibilities Review incoming application-support requests and gather the information needed to reproduce the issue.Perform documented troubleshooting steps and record observations, errors, and attempted resolutions.Resolve routine issues within approved procedures and escalate defects or complex problems with complete context.Maintain accurate ticket status, user communication, and resolution notes.Identify repeated support issues that may indicate a documentation, training, or system problem.Update knowledge articles or support notes when a repeatable solution is confirmed. Qualifications Working knowledge of Application Support, Troubleshooting, and Documentation.Ability to apply Communication and Systems Support accurately in assigned work.Strong written communication, documentation, and attention to detail.Ability to organize priorities, follow defined procedures, and raise questions when source information is unclear.Comfort working independently and collaborating through shared digital tools in a remote environment.
