We need to output HTML fragment with sections: Use

for headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID/requisition numbers as headings; can fold minor metadata into short

or drop it. Remove boilerplate, navigation, legal, EEO, duplicated lines, application instructions. Preserve all substantive info. We need to parse the job posting. Key content: - Job Overview: OPEN TO CURRENT FEDERAL CIVILIAN EMPLOYEES ONLY. Accepting submissions until 11:45 PM EST, 7 Oct 2026. AFRL/RFD seeks to hire a mid-level, DR-02 Electrical (0855) or Computer (0854) Engineer in Dayton, OH. The incumbent will serve as a key member of our research team, planning and conducting R&D in advanced sensor subsystems. You will develop next-generation ASIC programs for microelectronic components and advanced electronics packaging. In this role, you will help advance next-generation multifunction RF sensors and Electronic Warfare subsystems supporting critical Air Force air and space capabilities. Your work will directly contribute to state-of-the-art sensor development for both in-house projects and major Air Force acquisition programs. - Position Duties Include But Are Not Limited To: list of duties. - Required Qualifications: US Citizenship; Ability to obtain and maintain Top Secret with access to SCI/SAP Clearance; To qualify for DR-02, applicants must have at least one (1) year of specialized experience at the next lower grade, DR-01 or equivalent in other pay systems. Specialized experience includes RF, digital, and mixed signal design experience. The position will be filled using occupational series within the SCIENTIST AND ENGINEERS career field. The applicant must be able to meet the OPM Qualification Standards for the position being filled. Office of Personnel Management Qualification Standards can be found at: https://www.opm.gov/policy-data-oversight/classification-qualifications/general-schedule-qualification-standards/#url=GS-PROF This position is an Acquisition Professional Development Program (APDP) position requiring Level/Tier 2 (Practitioner) Non-Critical certification in Engineering and Technical Management (N); experience is 4 years; the selectee will have 60 months to meet APDP requirements, or a waiver must be obtained. - Desired Qualifications: list many items. - Telework: Yes, this position is eligible for situational telework; as determined by agency policy - Eligible for a Referral Bonus? No - Series 0854 0855 - Additional Information: This is a drug testing designated position. The incumbent will be subject to random testing. Ability to perform TDY travel approximately 15% time. Resume requirement: Resume may not exceed two pages, and font size should be no smaller than 10pts. Instructions on how to submit your resume are provided in the automated email you will receive once you apply. Requisition Number 97471 Posting End Date 10/07/2026 We need to remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. So we should we remove the "Resume requirement" and "Instructions on how to submit your resume"? Those are application instructions; we should remove them. Also remove "Requisition Number" and "Posting End Date"? Those are minor metadata; we can fold into a short

or drop it. The instruction says: do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. So we can include a short paragraph with that info, maybe at end. We need to decide sections: About the role (maybe from Job Overview). Responsibilities (duties). Requirements (maybe Required Qualifications). Qualifications (maybe Desired Qualifications). Skills (maybe combine desired qualifications? But we can have Skills section for technical skills). Benefits (maybe Telework, Referral Bonus? Not really benefits. There's no explicit benefits like health, retirement. So we should not create Benefits unless posting actually states them. It does not mention benefits. So skip Benefits. Pay: not mentioned. Schedule: not mentioned (though telework situational). So we skip Pay and Schedule. We need to include sections only when posting has real specific content. So we can have:

      Additional Information

for telework, drug testing, travel, etc. But the instruction says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Could combine telework, drug testing, travel into Additional Information. We must not create headings with filler like "commensurate with experience". Not relevant. We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep specifics like "DR-02 Electrical (0855) or Computer (0854) Engineer", location Dayton, OH, etc. Also mention "mid-level". Also mention "AFRL/RFD". Also mention "planning and conducting R&D in advanced sensor subsystems". Also mention "develop next-generation ASIC programs for microelectronic components and advanced electronics packaging". Also mention "help advance next-generation multifunction RF sensors and Electronic Warfare subsystems supporting critical Air Force air and space capabilities". Also mention "contribute to state-of-the-art sensor development for both in-house projects and major Air Force acquisition programs". Also mention "OPEN TO CURRENT FEDERAL CIVILIAN EMPLOYEES ONLY. Accepting submissions until 11:45 PM EST, 7 Oct 2026." That is substantive; we should keep. We also need to keep "Telework Yes, this position is eligible for situational telework; as determined by agency policy". Also "Eligible for a Referral Bonus? No". Also "Series 0854 0855". Also "This is a drug testing designated position. The incumbent will be subject to random testing." Also "Ability to perform TDY travel approximately 15% time." Also maybe "Resume requirement" removed as application instruction. We need to avoid duplication: there may be duplicated lines like "Position Duties Include But Are Not Limited To" repeated? Not sure. Now produce HTML fragment. We'll structure:
