About the role
The Application Security Lead / Manager will oversee the security of our AI-driven systems and processes. This includes ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations, conducting security assessments, and implementing security controls.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in application security, risk management, or a similar field
- Experience with AI and machine learning technologies
- Knowledge of security frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, and OWASP
- Experience with security testing tools and methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of security professionals
- Experience with security governance and compliance
- Understanding of ethical hacking principles and techniques
- Experience with cloud security and infrastructure protection
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements such as GDPR, HIPAA, and CCPA
Skills
- Strong understanding of security concepts and practices
- Ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with security metrics and reporting
