Key Responsibilities

  • Develop complex reports and handle the conversion and migration of reports from OBIEE to MicroStrategy.
  • Engage in the technical design, development, testing, and migration processes for BI solutions.
  • Design, develop, and evolve high-quality, extensible BI solutions to meet business demands for information.
  • Manage all aspects of analysis and report development, including technical requirements and data modeling.
  • Design and deliver advanced dashboards and analytics for operational and HR reporting.
  • Extend reporting architecture as new functionality is introduced to the data warehouse.
  • Write SQL scripts against the Oracle warehouse or Big Data to support analysis, discovery, and testing.
  • Transform data into visually appealing and easily consumable dashboards.
  • Serve as an expert resource for architects in developing target architectures.

Required Qualifications

  • MicroStrategy Certified Developer 9/10
  • Proficiency with Oracle and PL/SQL
  • Experience in Data Modeling
  • Prior work experience in a data warehouse environment involving large-scale data transformation.

About the Role

This position is for a GHR Technology Reporting resource responsible for developing complex reports and managing the conversion and migration of existing reports from OBIEE to MicroStrategy. The role involves technical design, development, testing, and migration. The individual will participate in designing and developing high-quality, extensible BI solutions to meet business information demands, covering all aspects of analysis and report development from technical requirements to the delivery of advanced dashboards.
