Application Portfolio Project Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise Application Portfolio Management (APM) initiatives.
- Assess, rationalize, optimize, and modernize enterprise application portfolios with the main focus on Manufacturing applications.
- Create a 6R rationalization approach for manufacturing-related applications.
- Identify redundant applications and develop consolidation strategies.
- Manage enterprise-wide application lifecycle planning.
- Lead multiple concurrent technology transformation projects.
- Support manufacturing expansion initiatives, including new plant launches.
- Cooky plant initiatives, including new plant launches.

- Coordinate IT, Manufacturing, Engineering, Operations, and Business stakeholders.
- Develop integrated project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource forecasts.
- Monitor project risks, dependencies, budgets, and timelines.
- Report project status and key milestones to executive leadership.
- Manage vendor relationships and third-party implementation partners.
- Ensure successful delivery using Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project methodologies.
- Support organizational change management and business readiness activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 10+ years of Project or Program Management experience leading enterprise technology initiatives.
- Extensive experience managing Application Portfolio Management (APM) programs.
- Experience with application optimization, rationalization, consolidation, and modernization.
- Proven experience managing enterprise digital transformation initiatives.
- Experience supporting manufacturing or industrial organizations.
- Strong knowledge of project governance, budgeting, scheduling, and resource planning.
- Experience working with executive leadership and cross-functional business teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting manufacturing expansion or new plant implementations.
- Familiarity with ERP, MES, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing systems.
- PMP certification preferred.
- Agile or SAFe certification preferred.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.
- Experience leading enterprise application modernization and technology transformation initiatives.
