Application Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop capabilities to shift from the current manual system security evaluation and authorization process to a new model emphasizing automation, streamlined processes, approvals, continuous monitoring, and network data gathering across the entire life cycle of a project.
• Provide the development, testing, deploying, and sustainment of various web-based capabilities utilizing Angular 14 or higher, interacting with REST endpoints to make requests, receive formatted responses, and visualize data on UI front ends.
• Create single page application dashboards and provide mockups for new development.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance, most recent polygraph in the last 7 years.
• 9 years’ related experience or a related bachelor's degree, or 6 years’ experience with a related master's degree.
• Experienced with TypeScript JavaScript language.
• UI Technical Leadership required.
• Experienced in using Angular Framework to develop user interfaces.
• Experienced with analyzing JSON data structure when working with REST.
• Experienced with Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) to enhance the look and feel of user interfaces.
• Familiar with Jira, Confluence, Agile Framework / SAFe, AWS, Balsamiq, and MongoDB.

Qualifications

• Experience with Angular 14 or higher.
• Knowledge of RESTful services and JSON data structures.
• Proficiency in TypeScript and JavaScript.
• Experience with CSS and other front-end technologies.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Experience with AWS and MongoDB.
• Leadership skills in UI development.

Pay Range: At GRVTY, we understand that compensation is influenced by many factors—such as geographic location, federal contract labor categories, wage rates, prior experience, skillsets, education, and certifications.

For Maryland, the pay range is $186,000 - $196,000 USD.
