Application Engineer

Responsibilities

• Supporting Industrial end user accounts, systems integrators, panel builders and OEM customers
• Keeping up with new product development and relaying the information to the customer
• Help the Account Manager develop new customer relationships
• Automation and Control growth including PLCs, drives, sensor, HMIs etc.
• Keeping up with required vendor training including certification level courses
• Conduct customer training on automation & control products
• Attend training as required by Capital Electric

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in engineering. Electrical engineering is preferred.
• Experience with PLCs, Drives, Sensor setups, etc. is preferred.
• Customer service background is a plus
