Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver verbal and written quotations for domestic and international customers and channel partners.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding order status, shipping methods, tracking information, freight charges, pricing, product availability, and related matters.
- Evaluate business opportunities and coordinate requests for quotations to ensure customer requirements are accurately addressed.
- Serve as a technical resource to customers and internal teams by identifying solutions and resolving technical questions.
- Support sales growth initiatives by identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and expand business relationships.
- Cook with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely execution of customer requests.
- Document customer interactions, sales activities, and business opportunities within company systems.
- Track and manage sales opportunities throughout the customer engagement process.
- Afford contract reviews, commercial terms, and customer negotiations as required.
- Apply problem-solving and analytical skills to resolve routine and complex technical and commercial issues.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with established processes and procedures.
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

- Knowledge of commercial terms and conditions and contract review processes.
- Strong customer service mindset with the ability to build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Ability to negotiate effectively and support commercial discussions.
- Understanding of technical sales, application engineering, and manufacturing support functions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop creative solutions.

- Excellent organizational, planning, and time-management skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy and quality in work output.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and similar business software.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) and enterprise business systems is preferred.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, production environments, and industrial products is beneficial.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical Studies, or a related field preferred.
- Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical background is highly desirable.
- Approximately five years of relevant experience in application engineering, technical sales, customer support, manufacturing, or a related technical environment.
- Experience with engineered products, industrial equipment, flow control systems, fluid mechanics, process equipment, automation, or related technologies is preferred.
- Familiarity with standard manufacturing concepts, practices, and procedures.
