Application Developer III

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy enterprise-level applications.
• Lead development efforts using Microsoft Azure cloud services.
• Build and maintain scalable APIs, backend services, and data-driven applications.
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, business analysts, and infrastructure teams.
• Perform code reviews, enforce best practices, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Support database design, data migration, and system integrations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues efficiently.
• Participate in full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) activities.

• Familiarity with Virtual Machines (VMs) (preferred)
• DevOps & Methodologies

• Quality Assurance & Testing
• Advanced experience in Unit Testing, Integration Testing, Manual Testing
• Strong skills in Test Case Design, UAT Support, Data Testing / Test Leadership
• Experience in Performance Testing and optimization
• Legacy Systems
• Advanced experience with ADABAS Database (preferred)
• Prior experience in government or public sector projects
• Knowledge of enterprise system modernization
