We need to output HTML fragment with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, application instructions. Also remove E-Verify, disability accommodations, etc? Those are legal boilerplate; we should remove them. Also remove "If there’s anything we can do to accommodate a disability..." etc. Also remove "U.S. Bank is an equal opportunity employer..." etc. Also remove "Posting may be closed earlier due to high volume of applicants." Also remove "Review our full benefits available by employment status here." (maybe keep benefits list). Also remove "The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location..." maybe keep pay range? The pay range is given: $98,175.00 - $115,500.00. Also mention "In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements)." That's somewhat generic but still mentions benefits; we already have benefits list. Might keep that as part of benefits? But we should not invent filler. It's okay to include that sentence as part of benefits description. We need sections: About the role (intro paragraph), Responsibilities (list of duties), Requirements (maybe basic qualifications?), Qualifications (maybe preferred skills?), Skills (maybe subject matter expert?), Benefits, Pay, Schedule (if schedule info present). There's no explicit schedule info (like full-time, hours). Not present, so we should not create Schedule section. We must not create sections with placeholder text like "commensurate with experience". So only include sections with actual content. Let's parse the posting: Intro: "At U.S. Bank, we’re on a journey to do our best. Helping the customers and businesses we serve to make better and smarter financial decisions and enabling the communities we support to grow and succeed. We believe it takes all of us to bring our shared ambition to life, and each person is unique in their potential. A career with U.S. Bank gives you a wide, ever-growing range of opportunities to discover what makes you thrive at every stage of your career. Try new things, learn new skills and discover what you excel at—all from Day One." Then: "Job Description Be part of something big, where integrity matters and success inspires, where great people collaborate, innovate and give back, where you feel included, valued and proud. At U.S. Bank we're looking for people who want more than just a job - they want to make a difference in the communities where they live and work. U.S. Bank is seeking a Senior Application Developer with design and development experience to contribute toward the success of our technology initiatives. In this role you will be part of the team established to configure and develop complex application systems using existing and emerging technology platforms, and consult with business users on requirements gathering, system design, configuration, and implementation. You'll be working closely with the Delivery Manager, IT development, and Architecture groups while collaborating with several lines of business." Then bullet list of responsibilities (starting with "As a Senior Application Developer you will:" then many items). We'll capture those as
  • . Then "Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience At least seven years of experience with developing and implementing applications" Then "Preferred Skills/Experience Working experience in: Product and vendor evaluationInformation management Extensive experience in: Modeling: data, process, events, objectsIT standards, procedures, policyChange controlApplication maintenanceApplication design, architectureApplication development toolsRelease managementSystem development life cycleApplication testingSystem testing Subject matter expert in: ProgrammingImplementation" That's a bit messy but we can parse. Then benefits list: "Benefits: Our approach to benefits and total rewards considers our team members’ whole selves and what may be needed to thrive in and outside work. That's why our benefits are designed to help you and your family boost your health, protect your financial security and give you peace of mind. Our benefits include the following: Healthcare (medical, dental, vision)Basic term and optional term life insuranceShort-term and long-term disabilityPregnancy disability and parental leave401(k) and employer-funded retirement planPaid vacation (from two to five weeks depending on salary grade and tenure)Up to 11 paid holiday opportunitiesAdoption assistanceSick and Safe Leave accruals of one hour for every 30 worked, up to 80 hours per calendar year unless otherwise provided by law" Then pay range: "Pay Range: $98,175.00 - $115,500.00" Also mention "In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements)." Could be part of benefits. We need to avoid duplication: benefits list already includes many items; the extra sentence is somewhat generic but still substantive. Could include as a

under Benefits. We must not include EEO etc. We must not include "U.S. Bank will consider qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records..." etc. That's legal boilerplate; remove. We must not include "U.S. Bank conducts background checks..." etc. Remove. We must not include "Applicants must be able to comply with U.S. Bank policies..." etc. Remove. We must not include "Posting may be closed earlier due to high volume of applicants." Remove. Now structure:

    About the role

Intro paragraphs combined? We'll combine the intro and job description into a cohesive paragraph(s). Probably two

elements. But we must not repeat job title as heading. So we can have:

At U.S. Try new things, learn new skills and discover what you excel at—all from Day One.

Be part of something big, where integrity matters and success inspires, where great people collaborate, innovate and give back, where you feel included, valued and proud. You'll be working closely with the Delivery Manager, IT development, and Architecture groups while collaborating with several lines of business.

    Then Responsibilities:

    Responsibilities

    • Design, code, test, debug, document, maintain, and modify computer programs of high complexity, significance, and risk
    • Participate in application architecture functions including estimating and defining time tables, cost and project tasks
    • Recommend solutions to improve business with a focus on core architecture, technology strategies and standards
    • Guide others through change impact analysis
    • Establish, refine and integrate development and test environment tools and software as needed
    • Review, analyze, refine and integrate development and test environment tools and software as needed
    • Create and recommend improvements to unit, test plans and testing process based on assessment of organizational needs
    • Collaborate closely with teams in all stages of software development lifecycle including design, development and testing of the system
    • Design basic and detailed program specifications while ensuring that expected application performance levels are achieved by managing interfaces, service levels, standards, and configurations
    • Guide technical staff and business partners to investigate, review, and solve complex, multidisciplinary business problems
    • Monitor operating efficiency and organizational needs of existing application systems and identify opportunities to fine-tune and optimize applications of developed projects and recommend technical solutions
    • Demonstrate solid understanding of the business needs driving the projects
Note there is a duplicate line "Establish, refine and integrate development and test environment tools and software as needed" and "Review, analyze, refine and integrate development and test environment tools and software as needed" they are similar but not identical; we keep both as they appear. Then Requirements: maybe Basic Qualifications.

    Requirements

Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience

At least seven years of experience with developing and implementing applications

    Or combine into one

    . Could be two

    or a

. Since it's a list, we can use
      • . The instruction: Use
        • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we should use list for requirements. Thus:

          Requirements

          • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
          • At least seven years of experience with developing and implementing applications
Then Skills: Preferred Skills/Experience and Subject matter expert. We could have a Skills section.

          Skills

          • Working experience in: Product and vendor evaluation, Information management
          • Extensive experience in: Modeling: data, process, events, objects; IT standards, procedures, policy; Change control; Application maintenance; Application design, architecture; Application development tools; Release management; System development life cycle; Application testing; System testing
          • Subject matter expert in: Programming, Implementation
We need to preserve the content exactly as posted, but we can format for readability. The original had no commas; we can add punctuation? Might be considered altering. Safer to keep as is but maybe separate items with commas for readability? The instruction: Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Adding commas could be considered inventing? It's minor punctuation; but maybe better to keep the original phrasing exactly, but we can still split into list items preserving the text. For example: "Working experience in: Product and vendor evaluationInformation management" That's missing a space between evaluation and Information. We should keep exactly as given? The original: "Working experience in: Product and vendor evaluationInformation management". That seems like a missing space. We should keep it exactly as is, not add a space. Similarly "Extensive experience in: Modeling: data, process, events, objectsIT standards, procedures, policyChange controlApplication maintenanceApplication design, architectureApplication development toolsRelease managementSystem development life cycleApplication testingSystem testing". That's messy but we must keep it. Thus we should keep the exact strings. Thus for Skills we can have list items each containing the exact phrase as in the posting. Let's extract: "Working experience in: Product and vendor evaluationInformation management" "Extensive experience in: Modeling: data, process, events, objectsIT standards, procedures, policyChange controlApplication maintenanceApplication design, architectureApplication development toolsRelease managementSystem development life cycleApplication testingSystem testing" "Subject matter expert in: ProgrammingImplementation" We'll put each as
        • . Then Benefits: We have a paragraph intro then list. We can have:

          Benefits

Our approach to benefits and total rewards considers our team members’ whole selves and what may be needed to thrive in and outside work. That's why our benefits are designed to help you and your family boost your health, protect your financial security and give you peace of mind.
