Application Developer

Location: Chantilly, VA. Must have an active TS/SCI FS Poly clearance.

Responsibilities

• The Contractor shall work from core hours from 0900 hours to 1500 hours with alternative works schedules discussed on a case by case basis.
• The Contractor shall follow an Agile methodology for SN software development.
• The Contractor shall support the implementation and identified objectives and priorities for SN features and functions and actively contribute to the AGILE methodology for software implementation.
• The Contractor shall support the implementation of security and development requirements as required by the sponsor applications.
• The Contractor shall follow the document management plan that addresses documents required for all applications and systems, their storage locations and versioning requirements.
• The Contractor shall support the implementation of SN reference architecture and documentation as required for SN platform.
• The Contractor shall design, develop, maintain, and document code in support of software applications following industry best practices.
• The Contractor shall design, develop, maintain and document code in support of databases following industry best practices.
• The Contractor shall design, develop, maintain and document code in support of cloud services following industry best practices.
• The Contractor shall conduct unit, functional, and user testing.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience with development of ServiceNow applications.
• Demonstrated experience implementing industry best practices and associated technical solutions consistent with accessibility
