Application Delivery I Engineer

BJC is seeking an Application Delivery I Engineer for a remote position. The ideal candidate will possess strong troubleshooting skills, excellent customer service abilities, and effective communication skills. Key qualifications include experience with Service Now, Windows 10/11 administration, and Microsoft Azure.

Preferred Qualifications
Role Purpose: With some direction provides second level technical support for systems architecture and delivery issues, and participates in projects. Performs intermediate troubleshooting and problem resolution, including proactive investigation of current issues and provides resolution for issues.
Responsibilities:
- Reviews critical tickets/incidents for lower levels to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Independently handles complex critical tickets/incidents.
- Designs and coordinates implementation, analysis, testing and debugging of technical systems and configurations within assigned area.
- Provides guidance and support to end-users to enhance system use.
- Prepares and maintains technical documentation to assist with ongoing operation, maintenance, and development of systems.
- Installs, maintains, upgrades, and tunes systems.
Minimum Requirements
- Education: Bach Deg and/or Equivalent Exp
- Experience: 2-5 years

- Education: Bachelor's Degree
