Responsibilities
- Troubleshoots and resolves complex application issues and provides end user support.
- Maintains and troubleshoots applications for issues related to maintenance, upgrades, and implementations.
- Applies knowledge of best practices and integrates timekeeping and scheduling processes with payroll, HR, and other operational workflows.
- Assists with business process design, reengineering, and documentation for new or enhanced functionality.
- Interprets internal and external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes, or services.
- Serves as a mentor to other colleagues, solving complex problems, exercising judgment, and identifying innovative solutions.
- Communicates difficult concepts and negotiates with others to adopt a different point of view.
- Uses awareness of department and system initiatives to drive decision making while maintaining a positive relationship with the customer.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience in a related field.
- Experience: At least 4 years of relevant work experience.
- Experience: Hands-on experience with UKG/Kronos.
- Skills: Strong understanding of HRIS, payroll, and timekeeping processes; experience with system configuration, reporting, and data analysis; knowledge of SQL, interfaces, or integrations preferred.
- Attributes: Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and lead complex initiatives; strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills; ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Full-time position, 80 hours biweekly (1.0 FTE).
- Remote work options available for residents in WI, MN, or IA only, with occasional need to work onsite for support initiatives.
