Responsibilities
- Supports application security.
- Manages and supports tier one technical support processes, such as break fix, troubleshooting, and systems change management.
- Conducts testing in tier 2 and tier 3 technical support processes.
- Delivers training.
- Buils and manages technical documentation.
- Complies with all regulatory mandates, as applicable.
- Builds, tests, manages, and supports system configuration.
- Supports requirements gathering and analysis.
- Tests custom system development.
Requirements
- High school education or GED
- 0-2 years of IT experience, preferably in healthcare setting
- Able to rapidly solve IT systems problems that interfere with or disable clinical operations.
- Able to identify and triage issues appropriately.
- Able to organize and prioritize concurrent responsibilities and demands.
- Able to use initiative and sound judgment in carrying out responsibilities.
- Able to meet timelines for assigned tasks.
- Able to train others in how to use systems.
- Able to build relationships while maintaining appropriate boundaries.
- Able to work in a complex, fast paced, health care environment.
- Demonstrated interest in advancing technical capability.
- Customer service skills.
Qualifications
- BA/BS in related field preferred
- MS Visio, Excel required
