About the role

DCD Automotive Holdings/Nucar is a growing company based in Massachusetts with locations in Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Rhode Island, that is currently accepting applications and resumes for all roles, including supervisory roles, within our Sales Departments for all of our locations.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and sales calls
• Manage inventory levels and ensure stock availability
• Participate in training programs to enhance sales skills
• Support colleagues and assist with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in sales or customer service preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of automotive industry terminology and practices
• Passion for customer satisfaction and achievement of sales targets
