Application Administrator Team Lead

For our client, we are seeking a Application Administrator Team Lead to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will guide the application administration function with a strong emphasis on quality assurance, release validation, and continuous improvement. The team lead will partner closely with IT stakeholders to strengthen testing standards, evaluate tools, and support reliable application performance across the organization. This position also carries responsibility for coaching team members, improving processes, and helping ensure applications are supported with consistency and discipline. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 annually Responsibilities Establish quality assurance standards and best practices Oversee test planning, execution, and release validation Develop and report on quality metrics and KPIs Manage application administration team performance Review and recommend new software tools and platforms Facilitate acquisition and inventory of applications and tools Develop training and mentoring for team and adjacent IT areas Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required Minimum 11 years of relevant experience At least 1 year managing people, processes, or projects Proficiency in application development tools and testing Strong teamwork skills Benefits Work-from-home flexibility in Pennsylvania Regular full-time employment Day shift schedule Comprehensive quality assurance focus Opportunities for continuous improvement initiatives Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
