Appian Senior Developer

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and deploy custom solutions using AppianWrite clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices in Appian development
• Integrate Appian with external systems
• Perform troubleshooting and resolve issues related to Appian performance, functionality, and data integrity
• Maintain clear documentation of processes, solutions, and configurations
• Collaborate with cross-functional team members including business analysts, project managers, and other developers
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and release management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 6+ years of Appian development experience, including support and release
• Experience with SAILAppian Developer certification (e.g., Appian Senior Developer) is a strong plus
• Proven track record of successful Appian project delivery in a collaborative team environment

Pay

The base salary range for this position is $118,000 to $145,000 annually, depending on geographic work location, relevant experience, skills, education, internal equity, security clearance, and contract requirements.

Working Conditions

• Standard Business hours are Monday through Friday 8:00-5:00
• Occasional extended or weekend hours may be required based on operational needs
• Must have reliable internet service that allows for effective telecommuting

Clearance Requirement

This position may require Public Trust clearance. Candidates must undergo a background investigation, including a review of employment history, education, criminal record, and financial history.
