Appian Engineer, Consultant

Responsibilities
- Deliver Appian-based business process solutions that support mission objectives.
- Design, build, test, and deploy Appian applications that support client mission and operational requirements.
- Translate stakeholder requirements into scalable Appian workflows, interfaces, and process models.
- Integrate Appian applications with enterprise data sources, application programming interfaces, and third-party systems in secure environments.
- Participate in Agile delivery activities, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, and release support.
- Apply Appian development standards, reusable components, and performance practices to support maintainability and technical quality.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
- 3+ years of experience developing Appian applications and translating stakeholder requirements into platform solutions.
- 3+ years of experience integrating Appian applications with enterprise data sources, application programming interfaces, and third-party services.
- 3+ years of experience documenting technical solutions, processes, and configurations for sustainment and audit readiness.
- Ability to travel 0-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
Preferred: Appian Senior Developer Certification or Appian Lead Developer Certification.
Pay
The wage range for this role takes into account a wide range of factors including skill sets, experience, training, licensure, certifications, and business needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for geographic differentials. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $86,700 to $170,900.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to program rules, where awards depend on individual and organizational performance.
