Appian Consultant - Intelligence

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on Appian implementation on delivery teams and advise clients on technical matters.
• Design and integrate cutting-edge Appian solutions into clients' architectures.
• Implement best practices for advanced technical solutions and platform design.
• Develop internal processes and tools to enhance business efficiency.
• Drive process improvement for clients.
• Mentor and train team members to ensure knowledge sharing and growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Engineering, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in developing Appian solutions.
• At least 2 years of relevant IT experience.
• Prioritization of candidates with active Appian Senior or Lead certifications.
• Strong experience with Appian delivery using Agile methodologies.
• Strong technical design and implementation skills, along with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
• Active Top Secret/SCI security clearance with Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph.
• Local to the DC Metro area and able to report to a Security Controlled Interface Facility (SCIF).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud computing and IaaS technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Experience with authentication methods such as SAML, Kerberos, OAuth, and LDAP.
• Experience with data management and data visualization.
• Experience with DevSecOps and/or Configuration Management.
• Experience with Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence.
