Responsibilities
- Guide clients on architecture design, integration, scalability, configuration management, DevSecOps, and other program initiatives to ensure technical success.
- Work with client enterprise architecture teams to design and deliver solutions tailored to their unique needs and ecosystems.
- Lead implementation teams through complex technical solutions using Appian and related technologies.
- Evaluate and integrate multi-tier architectures through integrations and system configurations.
- Assess emerging or existing technologies for their value and suitability in client or internal implementations.
- Create and maintain implementation best practices and knowledge base articles for internal use.
- Provide thought leadership on process improvement and contribute to the enhancement of internal solutions, infrastructure, and tools.
- Mentor and train resources to enhance their technical capabilities and knowledge.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience with Appian solutions.
- 6+ years of related IT experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
- Active Appian Lead Certification.
- Strong experience with Agile delivery methodologies.
- Strong technical implementation skills.
- Strong database design and development skills.
- Experience evaluating and resolving issues during system security testing.
- Experience with Appian Cloud configuration and support processes.
- Experience implementing Cloud, On-Premises, and Hybrid platform deployments.
- Experience in network infrastructure concepts and troubleshooting techniques.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and listen actively to gather necessary information.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and multi-tasking abilities.
- Prioritization and team-building skills, including courtesy, professionalism, and a "do whatever it takes" attitude.
- Preference given to candidates local to the DC Metro area.
- U.S. Citizenship required.
- Willingness to travel 0-15% to client meetings in Washington, DC area and Dallas, TX.
