Key Responsibilities
- Draft persuasive appellate briefs, motions, and related filings.
- Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis across a wide range of appellate issues.
- Participate in oral arguments, hearings, and appellate strategy discussions.
- Collaborate closely with partners and colleagues on complex legal questions and case development.
- Engage directly with clients and contribute to high-level advisory work.
Who You Are
- 2–3 years of appellate or litigation experience with strong research and writing skills.
- Outstanding academic credentials with exceptional analytical abilities.
- Experience in hearings or oral arguments preferred.
- Federal clerkship experience highly advantageous.
- Member of the Florida Bar (required).
