Position Overview
This attorney will focus heavily on litigation drafting, appellate brief writing, legal research, and complex case analysis for sophisticated trial and appellate matters.
Qualifications
- Florida Bar admission in good standing
- 3+ years of litigation experience preferred
- Exceptional legal research, writing, and drafting abilities
- Experience drafting appellate briefs, dispositive motions, or other substantive litigation documents
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to distill complex legal issues into persuasive written arguments
- Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple deadlines
- Able to work independently while collaborating with an experienced litigation team
