Appeals Committee
CORU is inviting expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced registrants and Public Interest members to be appointed as members of the Appeals Committee.
About the role
As part of its ongoing commitment to good governance, CORU seeks individuals for the role of Public Interest member or Registrant member of the Appeals Committee. Members must uphold the public interest in high-quality, efficient, consistent, and fair regulation. Public Interest members must not be registered professionals with CORU. All members must be willing to attend Chairperson training and act as Chair when required.
Registrant Members
The professions from which registrant members are sought include:
- Dietitians
- Dispensing Opticians
- Medical Scientists
- Occupational Therapists
- Physiotherapists
- Podiatrists
- Radiation Therapists
- Radiographers
- Social Workers
- Social Care Workers
