About the role
Apparel associates greet customers on the salesfloor, offer them assistance and recommend merchandise based on the customer's wants and needs. After moving incoming merchandise out to the salesfloor, they ensure the clothing racks, tables and displays are maintained and in proper order throughout the day.
Pay
- Hourly wage: $19 - $32 per hour (actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the applicable minimum wage)
- Additional annual or quarterly performance incentives
- Premium pay may be offered from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed (multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met)
