Pay
Hourly Wage: $19 - $32 per hour (equals or exceeds the required minimum wage for the job location). Additional compensation includes:
- Annual or quarterly performance incentives
- Premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed (multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met)
About the Role
Apparel associates greet customers on the sales floor, offer assistance, and recommend merchandise based on customer needs. They move incoming merchandise to the sales floor and maintain clothing racks, tables, and displays throughout the day.
