Apparel Fit Model - Women’s Size Small (4-6)

Printfresh is seeking a part-time apparel fit model to support our Technical Design and Product Development teams. This is an in-person fit-modeling role, performed from our Philadelphia office, and is not a photo or runway modeling position.

About the role

During fit sessions, the model will try on garments at various stages of development while our team evaluates fit, proportion, comfort, and movement. The fit model will provide clear, thoughtful feedback and may be asked to move, sit, bend, or stand for extended periods while garments are reviewed and adjusted.

When fit sessions are not scheduled for the full block, the role may occasionally assist with light sample organization, filing, or other product-development support projects.

Schedule

• Wednesdays from 2:00-4:00 p.m. are required
• A minimum of two paid hours per week is guaranteed
• Additional 1-3-hour fit sessions may be scheduled on other weekdays based on project needs and availability

Pay

$50 per hour

Target Measurements

Candidates should currently fall within the following measurement ranges:

• Apparel size: Women's 4-6 / Small
• Full bust: 35-36 inches
• Natural waist: 27-28 inches
• Full hip: 37-40 inches
• Height: 5 feet 4 inches-5 feet 7 inches

Because consistent measurements are essential to garment development, the selected candidate must be able to remain reasonably within the target measurement range. Finalists will be measured in person as part of the interview process.

Requirements

• Consistent availability on Wednesdays from 2:00-4:00 p.m.
• Comfortable changing garments frequently and standing for extended periods
• Able to describe fit, comfort, and movement clearly and objectively
• Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working closely with a technical apparel team
• Previous apparel fit-modeling experience preferred
