About the role

This model focuses on delivering comprehensive care, including preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute care.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive, patient-centered primary care to pediatric through geriatric patients, including women’s health
- Deliver independent and collaborative medical management of acute and chronic conditions
- Order and interpret diagnostic testing, including labs and imaging
- Monitor treatment plans and coordinate referrals to physicians or specialists as needed
- Collaborate closely with physicians and clinical staff to ensure continuity and consistency of care
- Deliver care with a professional, compassionate, and patient-focused approach
Requirements
- Master’s degree in nursing (FNP/APRN) or Physician Assistant Studies
- Minimum of 1–2 years of clinical experience in Family or Internal Medicine preferred
- Experience caring for patients of all ages and managing acute and chronic conditions strongly preferred
Qualifications
- Licensure, Certification & Registration: Active Florida APRN or PA-C license, Active DEA license, ANCC, AANP, or NCCPA (or equivalent) certification, BLS required; ACLS (preferred)
