APP (NP/PA) ED Observation
What You'll Help With
Transform Healthcare seeks a full-time APP (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join their dynamic, team-based ED Observation Unit. Responsibilities include managing acute and chronic illness in various age groups with short hospital stays. Shifts can include days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
What We Require
Education: Graduate from an accredited nursing school and NP or PA program.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience preferred.
Licensure, Certification, and/or Registration: Licensed or eligible for licensure as an Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) in Virginia. RN license required for Nurse Practitioners. Prescriptive authority eligibility based on state regulations.
Life Support: Current BLS certification, ACLS, PALS, or NRP certification as appropriate to the position.
Qualifications: Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively, strong communication skills, proficiency with EMRs and computer systems.

Pay & Benefits
