Position Summary

In a collaborative and multidisciplinary environment, contributes professional and clinical expertise to assigned patient populations to ensure the delivery of high quality care.

Responsibilities

• Contributes professional and clinical expertise to assigned patient populations to ensure the delivery of high quality care.
• Performs in a collaborative and multidisciplinary environment.
• Contributes to the research leadership (clinical, professional, and systems).
• Performs in accordance with the NJ Board of Nursing guidelines for Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Education Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program as determined by the Committee on Allied Health.
• Performs in accordance with the NJ Board of Nursing guidelines for Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Education Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program/Masters in Nursing.
• Performs in accordance with the NJ Board of Nursing guidelines for Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Education Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program/Masters in Nursing.

Requirements

• Education and Accreditation or a current Registered Professional Nurse and Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program/Masters in Nursing.
• FNP.
• Experience Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical practice experience in area Primary Care/ Urgent Care.
• Special Skills Evidence of excellent interpersonal skills, effective communication skills, and creative problem solving.
• Participation in pertinent professional and/or specialty organizations preferred.
• BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Minimum new grad base salary $122,600 K. Salary commensurate with years of experience as an NP/PA.
• Generous w RVU production incentive.
• Able to earn up to 10% quality incentive.

Pay
