App Developer

This position is fully on-site in Herndon, VA and supports an intelligence program on a newly awarded, long-term federal contract.

Responsibilities

• Apply the appropriate standards, processes, procedures, and tools throughout the development life cycle.
• Apply knowledge of computer hardware and software to develop software for business/mission applications, using information processing techniques and user input.
• Correct program errors, compile documentation of program development, and analyze system capabilities to resolve questions of program intent, output requirements, input data acquisition, programming techniques, and controls.
• Ensure software standards are defined and met.

Requirements

• Active TS or TS/SCI clearance (required).
• 2+ years of relevant experience in Java and front-end development.
• Ability to work with XML.
• Proven experience in COTS/FOSS integration and support.
• Ability to troubleshoot and navigate multiple operating system environments, including Linux and Windows.
• Experience with DevSecOps; Angular is a bonus.
• Bachelor’s degree.

Pay

Salary range: $130,000–$195,000, depending on experience.
