APP - Dermatology - Altamont, NY

About the role

Schweiger Dermatology Group is a leading dermatology practice with over 580 healthcare providers across 170+ offices in multiple states. The practice delivers medical, cosmetic, and surgical dermatology services, handling more than 2.5 million patient visits annually. Responsibilities

• Provide patients of all ages with general, surgical, and/or cosmetic dermatology care.
• Promote a professional and welcoming atmosphere to enhance quality of service and patient care.
• Examine, diagnose, and inform patients to determine appropriate dermatological treatments.
• Monitor and report on treatment progress.
• Prescribe medication as needed.
• Apply and maintain HIPAA and OSHA compliance.
• Participate in extensive training in cosmetics if interested.

Qualifications

• Board‑Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with an active state license.
• Master’s degree from an accredited program.
• 1–2 years of professional experience in dermatology.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.

Compensation

Salary range: $125,000 – $150,000+ with competitive compensation packages, including eligibility for signing and relocation bonuses.
