About the role
- Primary experiences through either primary care, urgent care, or general pediatrics
- Experiences in specialty rotations through other service lines for practical experience and exposure
- Focus on care in rural and medically underserved practices in primary care, with opportunities to participate in community medical fairs
- Procedural experiences include suturing, incision and drainage, splinting, foreign body removal, and more

Pay
Clinical base hourly pay range for this position: $47.12-$47.12. Range shown should be used as an estimate and can be impacted by many factors including but not limited to the critical need of the position, overall experience and qualifications, community need, and other considerations. Additional compensation components such as bonuses or incentives may also be applicable.

Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care to the patients of OSF in accordance with professional standards of care and OSFMG corporate philosophy
- Deliver professional advanced practice services
- Maintain consistency and quality of all services provided to the practice and its patients
- Maintain full and current patient medical records, including reports of all examinations, procedures, and other services
- Assist the Ministry CEO in keeping practice costs to a minimum while maintaining high-quality care
- Provide a personalized, patient-centric experience aligned to patients' preferences, goals, and needs
