POSITION SUMMARY

• Provide high quality patient care to the patients of OSF OnCall Urgent Care.
• Maintain the consistency and quality of all services provided.
• Maintain full and current patient medical records, including reports of all examinations, procedures, and other services performed by the provider or other support staff.
• Exercise diligence in assisting the OSF CEO in keeping costs of the practice to a minimum while maintaining a high level of quality care for patients.
• Provide a truly personalized, patient-centric experience to all patients of OSF OnCall Urgent Care.
• Floating to various facilities as required.

• Clinical base hourly pay range for this position: $60.39-73.68
• Additional compensation components may be applicable such as bonuses or incentives which may or may not be based on metric achievement.

Qualifications

• Education: Master’s degree
• Licensure/ Certification: IL Advanced Prac Nurse, IL Registered Nurse License, BLS
• Other Skills/ Knowledge: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented. Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide patient care that is appropriate to the ages of the patients served.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience: Experience as an APN
