Apertura Futura: Intern - State Farm Agent Team Member
Responsibilities
- Aid in achieving the business goals of the insurance agency.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Communicate effectively to meet customer needs while promoting the agency’s business.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or post-graduate program.
- Coursework or expressed interest in areas such as Insurance, Financial Services, Real Estate, Marketing, etc.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and operate independently.
- Effective customer service and interpersonal skills, including the ability to create, build, and maintain relationships with internal and external parties.
- Strong prioritization, time management, and organizational skills to meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
Compensation
$16.00 per hour
