About the role
Provide strategic leadership for the development and advancement of Advanced Practice Clinician (APC) programs, care models, and innovation initiatives across PAFMG. Partner with physician, operational, and service line leaders to optimize APC practice, improve care delivery, and support organizational priorities.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, evaluation, and scaling of programs that improve access, quality, patient experience, and clinician engagement.
- Develop standardized, team-based care models and support consistent APC integration across service lines.
- Foster collaboration, innovation, and leadership development within the APC workforce.
- Participate in organizational leadership initiatives and meetings.
Requirements
- 2 years of related leadership experience
- Current California State NP or PA License
- CAPA Controlled Substance Certification (for Physician Assistants only)
- Current Nurse Practitioner Furnishing Number (for Nurse Practitioners only)
- Active DEA registration
