Apartment Setup Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Transport and install housewares and light furniture into apartments
• Affix with apartment setups and tear downs according to company standards
• Perform final inspections of apartments to verify cleanliness and completeness before resident arrival
• Conduct housewares inventory and confirm all required items are present and functional
• Quickly identify and resolve setup issues such as missing items or minor maintenance needs
• Follow and maintain key control procedures for inspected units
• Purchase and manage local inventory as directed

Qualifications

• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Hands-on and efficient in meeting tight timelines
• Comfortable working independently and on a team
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs with assistance
• Basic technology proficiency, including Microsoft Office and mobile apps
• Basic tool usage for minor adjustments or installations
• Flexibility to travel within the local market as required
• Prior experience with inventory, delivery, or logistics is a plus
