Apartment Setup Coordinator

Responsibilities
- Transport and install housewares and light furniture into apartments
- Affix with apartment setups and tear downs according to company standards
- Perform final inspections of apartments to verify cleanliness and completeness before resident arrival
- Conduct housewares inventory and confirm all required items are present and functional
- Quickly identify and resolve setup issues such as missing items or minor maintenance needs
- Follow and maintain key control procedures for inspected units
- Purchase and manage local inventory as directed
Qualifications
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Hands-on and efficient in meeting tight timelines
- Comfortable working independently and on a team
- Ability to lift up to 80 lbs with assistance
- Basic technology proficiency, including Microsoft Office and mobile apps
- Basic tool usage for minor adjustments or installations
- Flexibility to travel within the local market as required
- Prior experience with inventory, delivery, or logistics is a plus
