About the role
The successful candidate will manage a portfolio of apartment properties, ensuring tenant satisfaction and property maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of apartment complexes
- Oversee maintenance and repairs
- Handle tenant issues and complaints
- Conduct rent collections and billing
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and laws
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate or related field
- Minimum 3 years of property management experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of property management software
