Responsibilities
- Serve notices as directed by management.
- Create routine notices, including 24-hour notices to enter.
- Escalate complex notices or resident issues to the Property Supervisor.
- Show vacant apartments as needed.
- Place and remove lockboxes as instructed.
- Affiliate with rental applications, subject to final supervisor approval.
- Prepare standard leases with supervisor review and send approved leases for signature.
- Perform move-in and move-out walkthroughs.
- Communicate maintenance needs and property concerns to management.
- Perform small urgent repairs when appropriate and safe.
- Change locks when authorized.
- Help manage keys, locks, and access control.
- Test pools or spas if applicable.
- Maintain storage facilities and property inventory.
- Monitor the property for cleanliness, safety, maintenance issues, and resident concerns.
- Communicate regularly with the Property Supervisor.
- Use the property-provided computer and printer for notices, documents, and administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Must be able to live on-site at the Cameron Park property.
- Valid California driver's license.
- Reliable transportation.
- Computer knowledge and competency.
- Ability to communicate professionally with residents, applicants, vendors, and supervisors.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Good people skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Excellent team player.
- Organized and dependable.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Able to complete tasks in a timely manner.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to move about the property with ease.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Pay
Compensation may include discounted apartment rent and/or other compensation as outlined in a written agreement. This role is a 10-15 hours per weeks.
